Fong Sai-yuk(Jet Li) and his partner Ting-Ting are now fully-fledged people in the red-colored Flower neighborhood and he can be the godson of its mind Chan Ka Lok. Chan plans for Fong to enter a martial arts contest to win On-Yee’s hand in marriage and then seize the opportunity to retrieve the evidence from his father-in-law. However, Sun has already fallen in love with Fong and marries him for real in spite of the interference of his first wife Ting-Ting. On-Yee’s father is aware of Fong’s true intentions and lures him into a trap. Sun manages to persuade her father to let Fong go by threatening to commit suicide.

Fong return to the Red Flower society and claims to have failed in his mission. Since he had earlier agreed with his godfather that he would be crippled in case of failure, the cunning Yu Chan Hoi forces Chan Ka Lok to abide by the agreement and Chan cripples Fong. While Fong recovers from his wounds, Yu overthrows Chan by stirring up anti-Chan sentiments and he seizes the position of leader for himself. Yu then sends his men to kill Fong in order to silence him. Fong escapes but his mother Miu Chui-Fa is captured by Yu. To rescue his mother, Fong returns and fights his way through. Fong appears not to have been crippled at all and he engages the evil Yu in an intense fight. Eventually, Fong kills Yu and rescues his mother. He saves Chan from prison and Chan takes back the position of leader.

On-Yee and Ting-Ting have reconciled toward the point which they talk and work in complete unison! Fong decides to retire away from your Kong Woo and commit the relaxation of his existence with his family.
